Malta Tourism Awards 2025 

The Malta Tourism Awards 2025 celebrated the outstanding contributions of individuals 
and organisations within Malta’s tourism industry, recognising their commitment to 
excellence, innovation, and sustainable development. Held at the Malta Marriott Resort 
& Spa on 14th April 2026, the event brought together key stakeholders from across the 
sector to honour achievements that continue to strengthen Malta’s position as a leading 
quality tourism destination.

Responsible Tourism Development Award

 

The Responsible Tourism Development Award spotlighted four standout organisations that are setting the benchmark for sustainability, digitalisation and upskilling—key pillars of Malta’s National Tourism Strategy 2021–2030.
 

Responsible Tourism Development: Best English Language Learning 
Winner: Alpha School of English 
Runner-up: Cavendish School of English 

Responsible Tourism Development: Best Diving Centre 
Winner: Maltacqua

Tourism Worker of the Year Award

The awards also paid tribute to exceptional individuals making an impact in their respective roles. The Tourism Worker of the Year Award 2025 recognised six professionals who exemplify excellence in service, guest experience, and community involvement.

English Language Learning

the Malta Tourism Authority’s promotional campaign between 2023 and 2025 focusing
