JANUARY-JUNE 2026 STATISTICS PUBLISHED
Inbound tourists in the first six months of 2026 amounted to 2,131,825 (+18.1%), while total nights reached 11.8 million (+10.1%). Total tourist expenditure was estimated at €1,795.6 million (+14.8%), while expenditure per capita stood at €842. Top source markets were the UK, Italy and Poland followed by Germany and France. About 66% of all visitors came from European Union countries.
