Tourism Performance - January 2025 

 

In the month of January 2025, there were 194,157 inbound tourists to Malta, an increase of +12.6% over the same month in 2024. Poland ranked as the largest source market with 30,811 inbound tourists and a share of 15.9%, closely followed by UK and Italy, with 30,134 and 29,223 respectively. 72.5% of tourists came from EU countries. Total tourist expenditure surpassed €142.6 million, an increase of 29.4% when compared to January 2024.
